Get in touch

Tell us where
the gap is.

Every Captiv engagement starts with a conversation about a performance problem. Tell us yours — we will respond with a specific, honest perspective on how to close it. Not a sales pitch. An honest answer.

How Captiv engages

What happens after
you reach out.

This is what a Captiv engagement actually looks like — from first contact to running system. It's a four-step process, and every step has a clear owner, a clear output and a clear standard.

01
We listen.

The first conversation is not a sales call. It is a listening session — where a senior Captiv team member understands your institution, your current systems, your operational challenges and your performance objectives. We ask hard questions. We expect honest answers. This conversation shapes everything that follows.

02
We assess.

Based on the initial conversation, Captiv conducts a structured assessment — mapping the gap between current systems performance and required performance, identifying the root causes and recommending the right engine (or combination of engines) to address them. This assessment is honest: if Captiv is not the right partner, we'll say so.

03
We propose.

A Captiv proposal is not a template. It is a specific response to a specific institutional performance problem — including recommended architecture, engagement model, delivery timeline, team composition and expected outcome metrics. We don't propose solutions we don't believe will work, and we don't propose capabilities we don't have.

04
We deliver & run.

Captiv doesn't close projects — we open operating relationships. Every delivered system is maintained and operated by a Captiv team. Performance is measured continuously. Improvements are made as the institution evolves. The engagement doesn't end at go-live. It begins there.

Engagement types

Not every engagement starts
the same way.

Captiv works with institutions at different stages of their technology journey. Whether you're starting from scratch, modernising existing infrastructure, or looking for ongoing specialist support — there's a Captiv engagement model that fits.

New system
Design & Build

You have a performance problem and need a system built to solve it. Captiv will assess, design, build and operate the system end-to-end — taking full ownership of the outcome from first conversation to continuous operation.

Example: National Port Community System for a Gulf sovereign ministry
Existing system
Extend & Operate

You have existing technology infrastructure that isn't performing. Captiv integrates with what exists, extends its capability and takes over the operating layer — improving performance without requiring full replacement.

Example: AION extending existing core banking at pan-African institutions
Ongoing operations
Embedded & Managed

You need specialist capability embedded in your operations on a continuous basis. ProAug places dedicated Captiv specialists in your team — owning specific functions, maintaining institutional knowledge and delivering consistent performance indefinitely.

Example: SAP GTS embedded maintenance for a global Fortune 500 brand
